Not at all—it's completely up to you. Many clients prefer to leave a key or provide a door code. We are fully insured and all of our cleaners are background-checked for your peace of mind.

We accept a variety of payment methods include checks, cash, or Zelle. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Policies
Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation Fee
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
A cancellation is made within less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $125 will be charged. This policy ensures that the time slot can potentially be filled by another client.
2. Estimations
All provided estimates are subject to change based on the actual condition of the home or business at the time of the service. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
3.First-Time Cleans
For the first cleaning sessions, charges will be based on an hourly rate to bring the home and or business up to company’s standards. The hourly rate for these initial deep cleans ranges from $100 to $125, depending on the current state of the house or business.
4. Payment
Payment is due the day the service is completed. A late fee of $5 per day will be applied to any payments not received within this timeframe.
5. House Temperature
During the summer months, the air conditioning in the house must be set to 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit upon the cleaner’s arrival. If the house temperature exceeds 75 degrees, cleaning will not commence and a cancellation fee will be applied.
6. Content Creation and Sharing
I frequently create content for marketing purposes, sharing before and after pictures on my social media pages. By scheduling a service, clients consent to their homes and or businesses before and after images being
used for promotional purposes on these platforms. Personal or identifying details will not be disclosed. If you do not agree please check no on the service agreement provided upon walk through estimate.
7. House or Business Readiness
To ensure an efficient and high-quality cleaning service, I ask
that all homes and or businesses be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible.
Requirements for cleaning readiness: toys and laundry must be picked up before my arrival. I do not pick up, fold, or move laundry or toys.
Bathroom counters and showers should be as clear as possible. Removing toiletries and personal items helps me clean more effectively and efficiently. Minimize general clutter throughout the home. Excessive clutter prevents thorough cleaning and slows down the process. If a space is overly cluttered (80% or more), it will not be Cleaned.
